another recipe

this is for a lamb curry that i made two weeks ago for wednesday night dinner - (pix coming). the first thing i noticed about the whole experience was just how difficult it was to get a truly hot curry going. is cayenne getting wimpier? are jalapenos just not what they used to be?

i’m afraid you are going to have to wait for a day or two for the details, as it has just been pointed out to me that i am overdue to get out of the house and downtown to esca.
